Bluegrass Community and Technical College's Winchester-Clark County Campus provides affordable, high-quality education and workforce training to students throughout Clark County and the surrounding region. Located on a scenic 20-acre campus in the Winchester Industrial Park, the campus offers transfer programs, career and technical education, workforce development, Adult Education, and community partnerships that strengthen the local economy. Students also enjoy access to the Bluegrass Children's Academy, outdoor gathering spaces, and personalized support from enrollment through graduation.

Our campus has continually provided workforce training for companies in Clark County and surrounding counties, including Advanced Green Components, Leggett & Platt, Osram Sylvania, Specialty Lighting, Peoples Exchange Bank, Winchester Municipal Utilities, Wintech Corporation and Sekisui.
