Learn how to assemble your very own brunch charcuterie board, sip mimosas and learn the basics in this interactive and instructional course. -charcuterie 101 -selection of products -how much supplies for my guest? -what arrangement should I use? You will assemble your very own brunch board with a selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, and additional components to make an aesthetically pleasing masterpiece! Socialize with friends and other classmates for a day to please any palate! You will have time to enjoy the perfect brunch board with your special guest! Harkness Edwards Vineyards will have their special Mother’s Day Mimosa’s available!
