Fall Charcuterie Class

Join us at the beautiful Harkness Edwards Vineyards for a fun afternoon of learning the art of Charcuterie! Learn how to assemble your very own charcuterie board and learn the basics in this interactive and instructional course. -charcuterie 101 -selection of products -how much supplies for my guest? -what arrangement should I use? You will assemble your very own charcuterie board with a selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and additional components to make an aesthetically pleasing masterpiece! Socialize with friends and other classmates for an afternoon to please any palate! Each ticket includes one glass of wine.
