Her current area of research is the "Bluegrass-Guilford Limner\," an itinerant folk portrait artist who worked in Kentucky\, North and South Carolina between 1820-1833. The paintings have been featured on the Antiques Roadshow and sold at Sotheby's auction house. The earliest works were in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky. She will speak on the portraits painted by this unnamed artist in Clark County\, Kentucky\, where he visited homes and painted subjects in the Lower Howard's Creek neighborhood.\n\n\n\nHarry Enoch is a retired biochemist who has been researching and writing about local history since 1997.\n\n\n\nAlso featured at the program will be Mack Cox's collection of original portraits by the Bluegrass-Guilford Limner\, including three portraits made in the Bush Settlement in Clark County.
